WorklyNepal is an independent side-hustle project. We are not a recruitment agency, employer, or government-registered manpower agency. Our services are strictly for application assistance and document preparation.

1.3 Scope of Services

• Customizing CVs & Resumes
• Periodic submission updates
• Tailored Cover Letters

1.4 Package & Validity

The Basic Package (NPR 1,999) is valid for 60 days. This includes unlimited tailored CVs and updates. This is a one-time purchase.

1.5 Job Placement

All hiring decisions are made solely by employers.

1.6 User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information. WorklyNepal is not liable for rejections due to incorrect or incomplete data provided by the user.

2.1 Non-Refundable Nature

All payments made to WorklyNepal are strictly non-refundable. This applies to the Basic Package and all add-ons.

2.2 Early Employment

If you secure a job before your 60-day package expires, no refund will be issued as the service effort is already initiated.

2.3 Activation & Cancellation

Once activated, packages cannot be paused, transferred, or canceled. Payments cover the service effort, not the final hiring outcome.

2.4 Third-Party Issues

Refunds will not be issued for delays or errors caused by third-party job portals or technical issues beyond our control.
